BEIRUT, LEBANON (8:45 P.M.) – A large brawl broke out between Syrian and Iraqi Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL/IS/Daesh) members inside the Al-Hawl Camp in Syria’s Al-Hasakah Governorate last night.
According to reports, the massive brawl resulted in more than ten ISIS fighters needing medical treatment due to wounds sustained during the fight.
The reports did not specify why the brawl broke out between the ISIS fighters.
The Al-Hawl Camp currently has a large number of Islamic State fighters and their family members staying there.
Many of the ISIS fighters had surrendered to the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in the Baghouz area and were later transferred to the Al-Hawl Camp.
