A video released by the Turkish press website (Tevhidi Gündem), shows the Russian KIL-158 battleship passing through the Bosphorus “Istanbul strait”.

The depicted Russian “KIL-158” is seemingly transporting armored vehicles covered by camouflage net and likely to be tanks.

The vessel is not a ‘battle ship’ or a ‘warship’. Coincidentally it was used in 2008 to restore the docking pier in Tartus to operational status.

That not a “warship”, perhaps a naval ship. Also a “Battleship” is a large armoured ship with very large cannon and meant to battle other battleships. this is a battleshipcomment image

Although no huge +/-400mm big guns, what’s onboard is pretty bad-a*s

It’s clearly conceived to attack a full navy fleet alone…

yeeep…Still practical to transport tanks and cheaper to move than some kind of LHD (who are the idiots who decided to stop the selling of Mistral-class LHDs to Russia? E.U. shouldn’t jump so stupidly into U.S. agendas but consider its own interests)…
