BEIRUT, LEBANON (12:40 P.M.) – The Turkish Army sent a large military convoy to the Idlib-Hama border today in order to reinforce their observation post near the front-lines.

According to reports from northwestern Syria, the Turkish Army sent a large military convoy to their observation post near the front-line town of Morek.

This move by the Turkish Army comes just 24 hours after the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and the Russian Armed Forces reopened the Morek humanitarian crossing between the Idlib and Hama governorates.

Turkey’s observation posts have proven to be an obstacle for the Syrian military in the past, as Damascus is seeking to avoid any direct conflict with Ankara.

At the same time, the Syrian Army has halted their military operation in northwestern Hama after successfully expelling Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham from the town of Kafr Naboudeh.
