Ukraine’s army has deployed the Osa surface-to-air missile system to the yard of a house in the settlement of Klinovoye near the contact line, a militia spokesman of the self-proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) said on Sunday.
“Representatives of the mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) recorded the deployment of the Osa system in the yard of a house in the northern suburb of the Klinovoye settlement, in violation of the international humanitarian law,” the LuganskInformCenter quoted Andrei Marochko as saying.
Psychological climate in the Ukrainian army has been deteriorating, the spokesman noted. Earlier, troops of the 59th infantry brigade refused to go to their positions and take part in combat actions, he said.
The LPR militias repeatedly reported that the Kiev troops had seized private houses and cars of civilians in the military operation zone in Donbass. In December 2018, similar cases were reported in the settlements of Zolotoye and Kryakovka controlled by Kiev.
